Anyone done this motor swap? What should I look out for when considering it?

B16 in an eg? Never been done before.

Anyway, stock mounts will work, you just need the rear t bracket, lower torque mount brackets, ecu (p30), axles, half shaft, shift linkage, your stock engine wiring will work, you'll just need to add 1 wire for the knock sensor.

Side note...are you sure your car is a 92? Coupes were not available until 1993.

Are you trying to spin him?

I've never heard of this until now, but you got me doing all kinds of research.

There were none anywhere until '93 as far as I can tell. All of them were built in north america, even the ones sold in japan were built here and shipped over.

im putting this same swap into a 93 coupe, full drag car. Is that lower torque mount bracket needed? Mine is a cable swap, thats what the car is set up for.

I haven't run any torque mounts in 2 years. As long as you're using upgraded mounts for the engine and tranny side, you should be good.
