if you are doin it on the ground it is kinda hard. but if you know what a pickle fork is, use it. its trade name is a pickle fork. the real name is a ball joint separater. if you hit the lca really hard where the ball joint is, it usually separates. persistence is the key.

that seperator worked like a charm when we finally got a hold of one, we beat that stupid lca senseless with a hammer to no avail, that bjs needed some coaxing but popped that thing looser than the head cheerleader.
