need help asap

ok....replacing the fuel filter...got the banjo bolt loose now the other ones being a biatch. Any suggestions on how to get it loose??!?!?!

alright got it....finally....used about a 2.5ft breaker bar to get it loose..lol got the new filter on and wondering how tight should i make it?...should i use the breaker bar to re-tighten? keep in mind i don't have a torque wrench and right now don't have a car to go get one.
