need help
my homie just got a swap, he has a jdm b16a block, 94 gsr head, and his car runns like ****, it would only go upto 3500, and it throws a code 6, wich is water temperature sensor, would this make your car run like this?? and how can we fix it??

what car is it going into from what i hear if its obd1 and has a any check engine engine runs at 90%
and if its obd2 1 check engine light 90% and the more the worst the engine runs
what computer is he running
