Default Stripped wheel stud.

I have a stripped wheel stud. I went and bought a new stud figuring that I could just pop off the rotor and hammer out the old stud and pop the new one in. Well a few hours later I now have the whole arm off with the wheel hub still attached. The helm manual says I need to press out the hub from the inner bearing. Is there any easier way to get this stud out?

Go get a slide hammer from autozone, and pull the hub off that way,

I was looking at putting a puller on it but there is nothing to really attach it to. I will check into the slide hammer tommorow.

opps sorry. Yeah it is a 92 hatch. The helms said you need a special tool along with a press to get it out.

You would attatch it to the wheel studs, then tightin it down with the lugs. Had to do this last week, it will work.
