Default Need an alignment?

i just put a new upper control arm and lower tie rod end on my civic after a uncarefu freind helped me put a passenger side wheel bearing on my car. I didn't know he was going to tackle it while i wasn't at his house which is where we discovered the problem at or we would of done it at my house. When i was driving it home the steering wheel had to be turned to about 2 oclock which i thought was odd since my car has never been out of alignment. Did we put something on wrong or is that normal after installing these parts?

An alignment SHOULD be done after any suspension modification/work. So yeah I would say have one done.
