need advice!
I purchased a 99 civic ex with a b18c1 swap already done about six months ago.
Mods include skunk 2 intake manifold, aem cold air intake, apexi n1 catback exhaust, dc sport headers, power 68mm throttle body and dc sport short shifter.
I've owned a 99 cobra, 96 cobra, and a 90 300zx twin turbo, and this is by far the slowest car i have owned... but also the cheapest so i can't complain.
I really want some more power out of this car but i'm trying to find the best way to do this. I was thinking a turbo kit, but i don't know if i need to build the motor or not, or what type of turbo kit to go with. This is the first honda i've owned and i see turbo kits on ebay going for $600 and then a greddy turbo kit is $2000.
If anyone could give me some info on the best way to go i would greatly appreciate it.

Dont go with ebay you get what you pay for... and also it depends ALOT on how much power you want and on your tune and the condition of your current motor let us know a bit more about your goals you are trying to reach

supposedly the motor only has around 55k miles on it now, i don't know if this is true or not... i always use synthetic oil and premium fuel. the motor seems to run fine with no oil leaks or anything else. i figured that if i bought an ebay kit it would be junk. basically all of my other cars have been pushing over 300 to the wheels and i would like to around that. i'm not sure how much hp it is pushing now, like i said this is the first honda i have ever owned and i don't even know how much hp a b18c1 puts out from the factory, any advice?

Re: (bsykes118)
well mileage really does not mean anything to me personally because it depends on how it was maintained or if they beat on it etc etc... do a leak down test and a compression test and post up the results and that can tell us the condition of it ... also whats your budget with the motor
