My Free EG Hatch
So after begging and pleading my buddy finally gave me his car. its a 92 Si that had a blown motor, and had not been registered in 2.5 years due to the motor and parking tickets.
Here it is getting towed home.
To date, I detailed the interior, swapped the D16Z6 that was sitting in the garage from my del Sol, smogged it, and registered it, all in all I am only out $500 for a running car, still need to change all the wheel bearing (front for sure) and the braking system could use a full overhaul as it did sit for 2 years.
My nephew just brought over a fender, the passenger side was no good, new axles, and a type r, sway bar. Because this is going to be an on going project, updates will be slow to come, but here is what is on order:
Wiper delete
Fender
$300 maaco paint (just to clean it up for now)
trim piece that goes behind the window
and a couple of switches that have gone bad.
I will be putting the eibach springs that came on my del Sol into this car, along with all the no name braces the Sol when I bought her.
Eventually I plan on doing a full restore on this, but I want to finish the del Sol first and use this as a daily driver.
So I finally got my car back from the paint shop, not perfect but damn good, also added some goodies:
Si-R Front Lip
Optional Audio Console
Password JDM Side lights
Amber Side Markers
Eibach Springs / KYB Shocks
JDM Led Spoiler
PWJDM Thin Side Molding
Skunk2 Lower Rear Tie Bar / Front Upper Strut Bar
Let me know what you think. Car soon to be for sale or trade

Re: My Free EG Hatch
Paint looks pretty good, nothing a good wet sanding and polish cant fix, but you can really notice all the small dents and dings, but overall pretty happy!
