no clue on the mileage. I can tell you that its probably 150K plus being a b18a but im just trying to figure out if its able to handle my vtec head or not.

my personnal prefernce would be replace the rings. Atleast you know you gonna get a fairly fresh start with the lsvtec. I would hate to spend all the money on doing this, to have to replace them in the end anyways plus the headgasket, etc.
