Default my cluth seems to have went out

my clutch seems to have gone out, i have no pressure in my pedal, car wont shift into gear when engines running etc...the usual symptoms i was wondering if anyone knew a way to "rig" a repair until monday where i can actually get my clutch, this is my only car and i cant afford to not have it working

yeah im pretty sure it isnt the master cylinder im almost positive its my clutch but i just need a quick fix until monday when i can grab a new clutch

If it happened suddenly then its probably somewhere in your hydralic system. theres not really any temperary fix. you'll need to replace whatever is bad.

check for brake fluid on the floor (a leak). Check your resevoir level as a friend is pumping the pedal several times, see if the level drops. It's not your clutch if it wasn't burning/slipping prior.

has it been slipping lately? unless you were ragging the hell out of it it just doesn't stop working 1 day.

yeah it has been slippin lately which is why im 99% sure its the clutch i was just curious about a quick fix for the weekend but thanks everyone for all ur help

My freinds slave cylinder went onut on his 89 teg. His car would burn out if he revved it past 3k, and he barly made it over a 2% hill. Basically he had to drive a 15mph, for about 8 miles..........
