Is my bulb fudged? huge pic so 56k no no

I was replacing the ones in my car (the one in the pic) but they were fine, I just wanted to try the Silverstar. Anyway, as I was putting it down, being careful not to touch it, my dumb *** placed it on a plastic bag for a 1/2 second. Anyway, can I take the remnants off with a tweeser (sp?)?

it will be cool but i won't shine as bright, it won't be noticeable though

looks F'ed to me...its gas in there so...you do the math. An unstable fixture = F'ed

Just so ya know......you can touch a headlight bulb....just use rubbing alcohol to clean it after. I had a bulb that the paint on the tip dripped down the bulb....burnt out after about 2 hours of use. Good luck.
