Well there are 2 towhooks on the front that can be used. On either left or right side. Or there is a spot right in the middle near the front bumper that can also be used. For the rear use the loop in the middle of the car.

DO NOT USE THOSE TOW HOOKS IN THE FRONT! i had a friend bend his frame and tweak his roof by doing that. also, i almost ripped the front crossmember off of my car by jacking it up in that spot. i jack my car up using the tranny now... have been for about 4 years.

my frame is prolly f-d up by now..but it works

HAHA ME TOO! my jack dosent lift high enough to allow me to slide stands under the spots behind each wheel so i use a spot on the frame right next to it.

Well your friend f*ed up. There is a jack point on the front of your car. Any Helm service manual will point it out. If your friend jacked his car from this point and his car screwed up, then his car was already f*ed up to start off with. This is suitable location to jack up the car to place jackstands.
