My 3rd gear Grinds?

Aye I need help with my car, i have honda Del Sol SI, and everytime i shift into 3rd gear it grinds in high RPM? Wat do you guys think wrong??

put some honda MTF in it,..actually flush the tranny oil and then refill it with honda MTF,...if its not that then its your 3rd Gear Syncro
