Mugne lip for EK 96-98 couple of questions?

Mugen lip for EK 96-98 couple of questions?
im was looking at civics online w/"mugen lips" supposedly authentic. They were fitted on 96-98 civics and it wasn't the one i bought from King Motorsports. They had the ones from similar from mugens 99-00 civics front lips. Did mugen make some and discontinue them or were they just invented to sell them to people w/ 96-98 civics because they looked "cleaner" but i think the one i have is tight> just wondering if Mugen made the 99-00 style lip for the 96-98 lips

Mugen made a full bumper for the EK, as well as the lip, that looks similar to this one offered by JDMshit.com
