Mufflers (real nice looks w/ great sound) help me pick!
Im looking to make my civic look good from the outside and im looking to just get the muffler not the whole exhaust system. The guy that had the car before me already changed the pipe from the muffler to the cat. But the muffler he put on doesnt look to good and it sounds way to loud for my taste.
So Im trying to find a nice looking polished muffler with a good size tip on it. Something to fit perfectly on a stock bumper and i want it to sound good 2, not all ricer like but then again i want it to have a sound and not just be quite. and i plan on not using a silencer just because it makes the exhaust look funny, well the silencer i have does anyways..... What is some real nice looking mufflers. anyone got links, pics, or prices? LMK it would really help me out

Re: (central_driver)
just some friendly advice, if you would search there are hundreds, if not thousands, of threads about mufflers and reviews and such.
infact there is a 10 page review with sound clips of the obx twin loop muffler that is the shizzle, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1219989
also a tip, if you search for 'dyno video' you can find tons of videos that let u see and hear various mufflers on cars

Are you going to be n/a or turboed? That has alot to do with it, i got an tenzo-r muffler and it had a deept tone to it. Now i went turbo and it almost sounds stock again, its crazy.

i like my flowmaster american thunder.
for some reason people tell me its the best sounding civic theyve ever heard. as for flow? im not of its specs. but it sounds great, during acceleration, and quiets down during cruising.
