Default More bang for the buck..... Header or CTR cams????

What will benifit me more? Right now the only thing I have is an Injen short ram intake which is going to become either an AEM CAI or one of the cheap ebay ones soon. Want to keep the exhaust stock for now. If header is the way to go does anyone have any suggestions on which kind?

What are ur plans for the engine? If you are gonna go turbo down the line, then there is really no point in upgrading ur intake or purchasing ur header. If you are gonna build up an aggressive NA motor then you want a 4-1 exh mani.

Best bang for ur buck at this point, would probably be to fix up ur wheels and suspension.

No plans for turbo at all. I drive this thing almost 100 miles a day commuting and just don't think it would be a good idea. I don't really plan on building a "badass" motor. Just something hopefully into the 14's eventually.

And I really like the stock wheels and plan on sticking with them. Also has H&R suspension already.

They work in conjunction with eachother, so, do both and get g00d results....

Get the cams, youll feel the results more than a header upgrade.

I just put brand new CTR cams in my 2nd gen JDM B16A. I'm still breaking them in so I haven't really pushed them MUCH but I have done a couple of pulls and notice a nice seat of the pants difference. Once my break in period is done(500-1000 km's as suggested by my mechanic) I'll be taking it straight to the dyno to tune.

My mods besides what I've said already are Brullen catback exhaust, AEM short ram intake, Skunk2 rechipped P28 ECU, ITR valvetrain, and APEXI VAFC.

Header will be coming shortly, before I dyno tune.

I don't think it's a very good idea to race your commuter car. I commute 80 miles a day and if my car stops working for a day I get pretty damn scared.
