There is moisture/dew on the inside of my headlight, they are stock BTW. Does this mean there is a leak? Is this bad? Is it time for some projector lights?

You've got a leak. Over time it'll haze, but i hope it's not bad enough that it'll blow your headlight in that side.

There is nothing wrong with the light, but you need to try and clean it and check to see if the bulb is on right where the seals are tight.

Look at it this way. When you take a cold can of Coke, and leave it out. It will begin to sweat. And yet there is no leak. I think the word condensation. Perhaps some Chemistry guys can explain it. Something to do with cold and hot. You live in a cold area?

The "sweat" build up will turn into moisture and soon water, then the life of your bulb may be cut short.

If you want it to be a reason to get new lights, then yeah, that's it. It's time. But don't be surprise if it happens to the projectors too.

The condensation occurs mostly with the 96 series Civics, and is not considered a major problem..

I've had moisture in one of my high beams since I got my car (in April 1996), and the light still works fine. It shouldn't be any big deal; it just looks bad.

that started to occur in my jdm headlights. only one does that....

i had the exact same problem in my ek......
the solution is.....

1. remove front bumper
2. remove headlight
3. get a hair dryer to heat up tha silicone around the edges (make take awhile)
4. car fully remove the lense
5. remove most of the silicone on the headlight
6. buy some silicone from an auto parts store
7. re-silicone the lense back on to the head light
8. let it dry for a day
9. put it back on car
10. no more leak!!!!

it takes a lot longer than u think to do this, especially when u are doin it for tha first time
