Missing Link dosn't work!!!!!!!

I have a missing limk connected to the map sensor but the check engine light still goes on when i hit full boost. Why?

it is a one way check valve, make sure it is installed correctly.
please use it as a temporary situation. real management will help and be better on the wallet in the long run

2 things can be wrong. 1. Could be upside down, and 2. Missing link can only stop so much boost, if your boosting to much (i think 12psi) it wont help you and even then a real management would be better then a missing link.
