missing link or check valves?????
the most i have seen the missing link handle is 15lbs.. the check vavles are old school although both work ,the missing link is much cleaner without hoses and vavles everywhere. missing link= $70 and check vavles= $1.99 each usually you need about 4.. RevHard Mfg selles them for about $40 you can call them at 818-764-4312
I've gone a little bit more than 15psi on the Missing Link and didnt throw a code. At about 15+psi the check valves like to blow out of the hole for the map sensor. Then your car idles like crap... and then just shuts off. It really sucks when you are going down the track and this happens. I would go with the Missing Link if you have to or if you have to use the check valves find some way to keep them in there..
why not use something that reads boost, rather than bleeds ?
ignition timing and map sensors that read boost are pretty easy to control these days.
