Icon3 Miss fire problem Need help

All right guys i find this all weird but here is my story. I have a d16 z6 on boost and when i started it up in the morning it runs fine and i can hit boost and no miss fire once the car gets warm and i turn it off and let it sit i get a miss fire.... To ad to this i can drive it with a miss fire and then it will just randomly stop miss firing and run normal. Ive been told it could be my ecu messing up but i dont know i dont get any smoke or anything out the tail pipe. Also i changed the dizzy and the cap and roator and spark plugs and wires.... What could this be there is no nocking or ticking either time is on and battery voltege is good as well. o and also i dont have a check engine light coming on when it miss fires either....

What EMS are you running?
What CELs are you throwing at all?
What are your AFRs looking like when it starts mis-firing?

Can't help you.
You don't even have the bare minimum to monitor your engine when things like this start happening. You have a basemap. Not a tune. They are not the same thing.

I won't even begin to try and troubleshoot a half-assed build like this.
