Misfiring when cold> HELP

Misfiring when cold> HELP
Hey,
I'm having this problem where my engine will misfire when I start it up, but ONLY when it's cold, or hasn't been running for awhile. As soon as it's been running for a little, it will not misfire and run completely fine. It's basically misfiring at idle when cold. I have changed the distributor cap and rotor, along with the plugs and wires. It's bizarre because it only does it during cold starts? The motor also at this point feels like it doesn't want to start and very slowly turns over and starts up. After it's been running for awhile, if I shut it down and start it up, it fires up no problem. It is throwing codes for misfiring if that helps. Please guys, and help?
