Weird starting problems!

Icon3 Weird starting problems!

SO i just had this problem recently start where ill go to start my car and it will turn over, engine will start, but will die a second later. I have to do this about 8 times before it will actually stay running... any ideas?

Could be numerous causes... I'd start with the basics.. Cap/rotor, plugs, wires. Check them and get back.

Yeah once it stays running it runs perfectly fine.

Possibly distributor... Mine ran fine at times and wanted to crap out other times until I changed it.
