Default Misfire on multiple cylinders, need your help HT!

I have an EK with a GSR swap and yesterday on the highway my CEL started blinking and my engine felt like it had lost some power and was idling pretty rough. I pulled the CEL codes, and it gave me 72, 73, 74 which I think are misfires on cylinders 2, 3 and 4. What would cause a misfire on multiple cylinders? Bad Dizzy? Timing issue?

I put in a new power steering pump the other day and the car felt great driving around town, but this was the first time I'd been on the highway. Coincidence? The only thing I can think of is that I removed the ground wire from the head cover to the chassis, but I put it back on and it's tight...

What can I do to troubleshoot my dizzy? Please help, this is my DD, I need it back on the road!

check plugs, check wires (you can use an ohmmeter but not sure on specs), check cap(cracks) and inside terminals, rotor and clearence to cap.

Ok, I pulled my plugs. Wires all looked fine, what would I check with the Ohm Meter, continuity?

My cylinder 1-3 plugs looked like the plug on the left, coated in a grey deposit, but lookinng healthy. My number 4 cylinder plug is the one on the right, black, wet (with gas?) and has crap on it. Guess my next step is to pressure check that cylinder?

Does it make sense that this one cylinder would trip CEL 72-74?

Isn't there a How-to thread on checking to see if you get spark with the plug out of the engine? Do you just hook it back up to the wire and pull the fuel pump fuse so the engine will just crank? Anyone know where that write-up is?

that method will work to see if you are getting spark

you want a good clean spark blue/white not orange/yellow colored

did you just fill your vehicle with gas before the misfires? bad gas can cause these codes

I had about 50 miles on this tank of gas before the CEL, but no highway miles...

Went to autozone to get some new plugs and a compression tester and talked with a guy who's worked on Acuras and Hondas for a long time. He thought it was probably the ignition module. My dizzy has made weird noises from the beginning, so new one is on the way.

Will do compression test tomorrow if my car isn't under a foot of snow...
