Default Mis-fire when car is warm

I just put a motor in my buddies hatch (D16z6) and he is having a mis-fire issue. The car runs perfectly fine when cold but acts up only in low RPMS when warm. It boggs really bad up to about 3300 rpms and than it is fine all the way to redline. Any ideas? I'm thinking either fuel injectors, or a distributor issue (ignitor going out)

What has been replaced:
Cap
Rotor Button
NGK Plug Wires
NGK Plugs

The car has no CEL's and runs amazing when code. Granted it does have a DX transmission in the car because the Z6 IPS bearing was bad.

Any ideas would be great. We plan to pick up a test distributor this weekend and give it a try. I will update if I find the issue first, just wanted some ideas.

My thoughts:
Coil, igniter, FPR, O2 sensor

Thanks Ron...

I'm going to swap distributors tomorrow, and than I'll swap FPR, and than 02. Gladly I have a spare of each one.

I will keep everyone posted!
