Go to capitol raceway in crofton...tends to give better times.
2nd...learn to launch. Your 60ft is horrible. Drop tire pressure to 20 PSI, hold RPM at 4000 and lightly let the clutch out, dont dump it. When you get a 2.2 or so 60ft that will be an accurate representation of your cars performance.

13" Vx wheels are quite narrow so try to get some Lensos (just my opinon) capital normally dosn't put down better times MIR is a better prepped track i like it better. But get some slicks and learn to launch the car.

MIR is a way better track then Crapital. I ran better times on street tires at MIR than i did with drag radials at crapital. MIR can't really even be compared to crapital imo.
Just work on ur launch. like someone said above lower ur tire pressure. Dont do a burnout in the water, if u have radial tires. It'll just throw a bunch of water in the tread which will just drip down onto the track and u'll spin more off the line. I just do a quick dry burnout before i get to the line. Try lauching at different rpms. Stay with the one that has the least amount of wheel hop.

a b18b is a ls motor not a gsr unless his motor is different from his sn ...damn 15.6 w/ a d16 Whats ur setup? I only ran a 16.1 with my coupe gutted ihe but i missed 4th gear and i only got to run it twice (felt too slow to try to "race" anymore that day).

I ran 15.6 with intake exhaust and no spare. Also shitty street tires on vx rims. Im going to go back next week for a low 15 or a high 14.</TD></TR></TABLE>
damn so u have a completely stock hatch with just i/e running mid 15's? I know guys with 99si's that had more mods than that only running 15.1's If i have a chance to take my coupe back to the track before my turbo goes on i'm going to run it again to see if i can get atleast down into the high 15's.

i agree capitals Launch area and even the rest of the track is all cracked and has holes everywhere... not to mention the shitty deceleration area. Mir wins by a mile but damn its far for me. and bauley the hatch is out of the paint booth but i dont think i will have the motor ready in time... might just be a stock gsr
