Mini-me Frankenstein motor snapped timing belt...please help!!! Thank you :)
So I built this motor after getting this car and realizing it's nothing that the kid said it was...he said jdm d15b I was like sweet...but it was the z1 type...so I bought a z6 head and b1 block and an adjustable timing gear...I put the b1 pistons in and put the z6 head on the z1 timing belt lined right up...so I put all the crap on it fixed a few leaks you know the usual swap stuff and I start it and all is good then I give it some gas just like a little at a time and the timing belt snapped...I've contemplating selling it but I've put the last 5 weekends into this any help would be major appreciated thanks in advance!
