Default Mini me engine issues?

Hi ,

I have a thing going on with my motor.
Its a d15b with a z6 head 5spd.
Okay so i recently did a intake manifold swap. i had a weird manifold with no name and I swapped it out with a p08 stamped one,
I have all the lines connected and all plugs plugged in the sensors.
The problem is when i turn the car on and rev and let it idle the car sometimes drops below zero and when i press the gas pedal the rpm doesnt even go passed 1k. Sometimes the car wont rev past 2k rpm. Can this be a vacuum issue? Should I tighten the intake manifold a bit more?Ill have a video link on here soon. Thanks.

What kind of ghetto slang is this?

Put a stock regulator on it.
