Mice aren't the only thing that squeaks....
Everybody says that sway bars always squeak. So then why dosen't the stock bar on my Si make any noise? Is there one that's quiet? And doesn't need grease and teflon every couple thousand miles?

i dunno but my CRX Si rear sway squeks like crazy... i took everything apart and lubed it and it didnt squek for like a week, then it came back... so i just turn the radio on louder than i used to.

the lube is the part that is important here.
you need to have some lubricant.. poly lube... rubber grease, whatever fits your application, to prevent squeaks.
if properly installed, a swaybar (bushing) will not squeak until after thousands of miles of driving, and note that the weather conditions play a role in how fast the lube is washed away.

Well how do i know what fits my application... I want to buy the Neuspeed bar so what's approriate for that bar on a '99 Si? ?

grease all the contact surfaces with the appropriate greases. white lithium grease, rubber grease, vasoline...just do it right the first time you install it and it shouldn't be a problem.

What kinda grease we talkin here? Just plain 'ol white lithium grease? And what exactly is it that i've heard about using teflon tape for somethin?
