i want to test if my TPS is worn out, however i do not know how to put the multimeter's pole to get a reading, it seems that the back of the TPS connection has water prove connections?

poke?
try backprobing. probe into where the wire go into the back of the harness. should be .45 volts with the throttle plate closed and around 5 volts at WOT.
