MAP/TPS swap over to GSR TB
I just picked up a used 99 GSR TB and wanted to know if the D16Y8 MAP & TPS will swap into the GSR TB. I ask because I have no idea what condition the MAP and TPS that came with the TB are in. I would rather just swap my old ones in if possible then taking a chance when it's all together!
Thanks

Re: MAP/TPS swap over to GSR TB (ELSpool)
i would think that since the gsr throttle body would swap over that the sensors would work as well. jsut try using you stock ones and if they dont work use the gsr ones.

Also you would have to recalibrate the TPS if you swapped it and that can be tricky. Don't bother unless you have to.

agreed. don't mess with the sensors unless you know that they are busted.
