Default map sensor any help welcomed

Ok, i have a problem with my map, i believe. I sucked up some water a while back. I have changed everything from wires, plugs, dist. cap, fuel filter, water remover, injector cleaner, pulled the plugs and turned the engine over, timing worked on, just bout everything. Well i changed the map on top of the throttle body and notice the sensor part that runs in my intake. So i take that sensor out and im running without it in. It still bogs a little but not nearly as bad. THe problem i am having is how do i change it because it looks like i would have to cut and splice a new sensor there. I am completely lost and i leave for west palm beach in a few weeks (12 hour drive) and i need my car to be half way decent. It only bogs at low rpm's with slight acceleration. Full throttle is no problem.
