Default Manual Transmission acts like an Automatic

The clutch is only disengaging 99%

If I start my car in 1st, fully pressing the clutch, my car SLOWLY moves forward.

BUT, I can FULLY depress the brakes, and stop the car completely, with the car in gear and clutch pressed, the engine doesn't seem to drop RPMs.

If i take the brakes off, it will roll forward again slowly.

Could the throw-out bearing have gotten mis-aligned a centimeter or something when I attached the clutch to the tranny??

I tried wedging a spoon between the rod on the slave cylinder and where it actuates the fork, thinking the clutch pedal wasn't pushing far enough, but to no avail, still the same problem.

Did you recently replace the clutch? Did you get the flywheel machined?

Sounds like your pressure plate isn't disengaging...but I'd expect it to start smelling like clutch after a little bit of time.

If you've got a hydro clutch, you could always have a bit of air in the system.

Thats what's so strange, I can use an inspection mirror and SEE the throw-out bearing pushing the pressure plate!

I've bled the system many times (a good 30).

Neither the Master or Slave cylinders appear to be leaking.

Before my car would not start moving until my foot was nearly off the clutch, now with the clutch fully pressed it is in the friction zone, and if I back out an inch, its fully engaged.

The fork moves, and I wedged metal between the rod and fork to get a little extra movement of the fork, which seemed to have no effect.
