Icon3 Clutch Wont Release!!! NEED HELP!!

okay so i just got done installing my new xtd clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, and i also replaced the throw out bearing and pilot bearing. Now when i reassembled everything, my clutch wont disengage. From inside the car, i can go into gears only when the cars off, once i start it, it will not go into any gears. Also the speed sensor seems to be acting up ever since i filled the tranny fluid from there. My car drove fine b4 the clutch install, so im starting to think it cant be my clutch slave.....Any ideas???

well start with what you can see. is the slave cylinder moving when u press the clutch pedal? if so, then something is wrong on the inside.. so pull it apart and see whats wrong.might have put the clutch disc in backwards

well if the stuff on the outside is moving time to pull it back apart and take a look see. if no obvious problems. try finding a local guru to take a look

if he can see the slave cylinder actuating the the throwout bearing fork then he doesnt need to bleed the clutch system. its something inside the bellhousing area. besides who disconnects the line to the slave cylinder when pulling the trans i just pull the two bolts and drop the slave off the trans.

b16 tranny's have a tendencey for the shift mechanism to break... happen to me... shart ur car, open the hood and with ur hand push the shifter in and try to put in gear where the shift linkage connects to... if u can move it in and out and the car wont go in to gear the shift mechanism broke off... i took it to a tranny shop he charged me $100 for the part and to install

Just replaced the slave cylinder just to be on the safe side....n didnt do anything...the fork is moving and i dont think its the shifter...cuz i can change gears with the engine off...i feel as if the pressure plate isnt being pressed all the way in...its making me go nuts...im going to have to remove the tranny and see wats going on inside...ugh

Okay...so I startd to ripe it all apart again...n I stoped becuz I couldn't pull the tranny out by myself...so I went to check my mail n noticed the xtd seller emailed me back...he started telling me it might be the clutch disc as xtd startd to make them thicker just so they last longer (this showed me how much effort they put in makiing and testing their products)
