dizzy cap and rotor, i don't think trans fluid is required for tune up, as long as its not all gunked up, check your drive belts, and coolant

Actually its there for a reminder to change your oil. If you always get your oil changed at a shop then thats why you have always noticed that its green. They reset it everytime. It will actually go from green to yellow to red.

Oddly enough, my green went red at 53k miles. I've had several oil changes, always at the Honda dealership and it's still red. Infact, I just had my oil changed today and it's still red.
It stayed green from 38k when I bought it to about 53k. and it's been red since, and I still have had no problems with the engine even now that it's at 71,200.

Maybe they forgot to reset it one time. And it's just a reminder that goes by mileage, there's no diagnostics behind it so I wouldn't worry even if it was red forever. I just do my oil changes every 5K, easy to remember, plus I don't have reminder light on my cluster.

That means they haven't reset it for the past 5 or 6 oil changes, however many 53-71k every 3000 miles would equal.
When it first turned red I got paranoid about it, but ... yeah i really don't even pay attention to it anymore. Hell, half the time my stereo remote is sitting in front of it anyway.
