ok so i was driving on the highway with my IACV cel code and TPS code throwing....(i like to keep my jumper connector jumped so i can read codes if they change) and i parked, shut off my car.

next i tried to turn on my car and nothing.....checked my fuses and the fuel pump fuse blew, no main relay fuel pump priming when the key is turned.

i swapped in a new relay and nothing. its been blowing through the fuses like butter.

i cant find any short ANYWHERE. my tps was unplugged while i drove, so i'm unsure if that could have killed it.

any ideas?

When you put a new fuse in and turn the key ON it blows the fuse? I had that same problem and there was a short on the fuel pump power wire in the tank.

howd you find the short? did you pull the pump out to get in there to find it?

Yeah cause I did all the test to see if my main relay was bad and was getting voltage to my pump. Have you tested the main relay yet? If not I can give you the steps to see if it's in working order.

yeah that would help. i unhooked all my grounds and the battery and ecu. then hooked up the battery, then all the grounds, and plugged in my ecu. main relay and fuel pump primed. no blown fuses. but when i tried to turn the car over, the relay clicked like CRAZY!!! the brake light flashed as well.

what could that be? bad relay?
