Then make sure to not just get the muffler, and I have a magnaflow and like it, ALSO get a good sized resonator. It'll help with the overall noise issue.

Just ordered the magnaflow from Canadian Tire, tried to order the ES but JDMhondaparts would not accept a credit card order from Canada will let you know about sound when I get it installed

I've heard TONS of magnaflows on vw's and domestics... they're usually loud if it's just the muffler like someone said... definately need a resonator... but they sound good. imo.

I want just the muffler but I am getting the universal oval type that looks just like the stock muffler or the ES muffler not the ones that are like the fireball style or ones with a big tip.
Let me know once you got yours installed and if it sounds good. how much did you pay @ canadian tire and what size did you get. I am deciding on 14315 or 14215

I too wanted a stock looking/quitter muffler that would not attract a lot of attention

It was $CND 160 not including taxes

I went with 14215 (5 by 8 oval) which is the same size as the ES Oval according to what Ive read on HT
