Had one, it wasnt bad. Gave decent power that I could feel on a (at the time) stock SOHC engine. Had a deep loud at times tone and looked decent. I sold it and got an N1 though because I have an ego problem and wanted louder.

the ones i have heard sounded really cheap and tinny(is that even a word!?). but there have also been a few decent sounding ones - i dont know, i guess you get what you pay for.

whats with the 
? i bought a trust exhaust system with a bad muffler (ehh about a 4 inch hole on the bottom) for $75.00 and i brought it to my muffler shop and they welded on a MAGNAFLOW. part #14615. specs are 2.25" 14" 20". its sounds just like a TRUST. IMO it looks clean too becuase i didn't weld on a tip. its just a strait through 2.25" muffler going in and out.
BTW, Magnaflow is the same people that make CARSOUND cats.

i just got a complete custom
2.5" stainless steel piping with
a stainless stell Magnaflow resonator,
and a stainless steel Magnaflow muff,
and i think it sounds perfect, looks like
a polished OEM muffy and the whole
exhaust together developed good power!
i love it.
those ones that sound all tingy and ****
are the ones without resonators....for sure,..
my friend did the same thing magnaflow with
no resonator, sounded good to about 4k rpm
after that sounded like a wining bitch....
