What is this es oval exhaust business
What is so good about this exhaust, every where i read people have huge boners over this exhaust. Can someone explain to me, "i think i know but i have no idea"

i got me one 
. Its a great muffler and sounds awesome, but the only problem is that it doesn't seem to fit rite on my 98 civic for some reason...the guy at the muffler shop said that the spare tire well got in the way so it had to be rotated slightly and a tip had to be added....that sucks
