M3 seats in a Slo
Anyone know if a set of seats from a 2010 M3 will fit with modification into a Del Slo? Like height wise with no headrests more than likely. May have a buddy getting an M3 and replacing the seats with Recaros so may sell me his dirt cheap or give me them. Did not know if anyone had ever tried something like this.

First off, the seats might be too wide to even fit in the floor pan.
Second off, anything is possible with fabrication. Most likely you'll need to chop the EJ seat rails off the factory seats, and weld them onto the M3 seat pans. It will definitely not be a direct plug and play application, though.

it'd be cheaper to buy srd recaros for yourself then to pay someone to fab it for you, unless you got access to a metal shop and a good welder.
my m3 seats seem alot bigger then my civic seats, although Ive never measured them.

I'm assuming it's a BMW M3 you're talking about, so all the seat functions are probably electric. It would be a task to wire that bitch up.
