Default Lsd install problems

i recently been installing my lsd into by b16a tranny. which i was doing at school till i ran out of time. anyways i ran into quite i few problems. i bought the lsd for 400$ its an obx racing for the 99-00 civic si. my transmission was a b16a sir-2 hydralic tranny. they told me it would fit which it did however the bearing on the b16a are a roller bearing not an ball bearing like the newer si's so i converted to the newer bearings with the correct shims. 120$ later after i press the new bearing onto the lsd i realize that the final drive gear that come off my stock diff. don't fit onto my lsd? the holes wont match up they are both 10 bolt. this is most diffently a b16a tranny i went to honda and talked to a kid who worked there and the diff he had from his b16a did look diffrent ? so if i buy a new final drive what should i ask for i know the 99 si final drive would fit on my lsd but woulnt i need a diffrent countershaft too? ive searched threads already but could only find people who ran into the same problem and the never said what they did to fix it?
