i need some help, should be easy
Hey guys, the check engine light came on today in my bro's midori (96 cx hatch), and I don't know how to check it. I know how to check mine (94 dx hatch), but it's different. I opened the pass side kick panel to look for the plug, but it wasn't there. So I called some people and they said to check by the fuse box cause some d-series have it there. I checked by the fuse box and there was a brown plug, looked the same as mine, so i stuck a paper clip in it to check, and nothing happened. The light stayed solid. Any ideas? here's a pic of the plug I found and where it is, thanks.

The one on my EK is brown, and it had this green rubber cover on it. It was above the ECU on the passenger side kick panel
