Try checking the compression and coolant. Could be a blown head gasket. Or a vacuum problem. Hard to tell from the details given.

It's your fuel map, it's got a nasty hole, that's why you're unloading in 3rd. Unlengthen the injector pulse another millisecond, just tune the NOS timing, you'll run 9's
In all seriousness though..... hows your clutch?

Fix.^^
Yes. You need to grow up. Failed, yet again. Haha. "hondegras"? LMAO. Sounds like a 16 year old boy whom just got their drivers license. Run like a champ.

what program is in the p28 more than likely if it is a "base map" it will be rich good on wide open throttle but sucks driving on the street my guess is that you fouled out the plugs check and replace with copper ngk and get a tune and adjustable regulator would also help.

be more descriptive boss, like when you don't have power, does it sound like misfiring?, or when you floor the car, the rpms don't rise? Any Cels?
for example, my d16y8 turbo would stutter around 5krpm, = not holding boost = blown head gasket
