LS vtec
what should I pay for an Ls vtec ?I hear they are bad ***. What are some times that an Ls vtec would run in a hatch please include mods.I live in maryland who would do this swap for me ?

It really depends on how they are built... ie pistons you use > headwork > and tuning... Tuning is really the most important... A pretty simple LSVTEC in an EG should be capable of high 12's... That is sayin stock sleeves bored say .25mm over with CTR pistons... Ported head... Some CTR cams and tuning.... I would just build it yourself tho... If you have had any little experience you should have no problem... I personally would just go with a B18C... Many of my friend's have good strong LSVTECs that run just fine... But I like the B18C the best (stock girdle, no need for external oil feed, the downside is the 1.8mm less of stroke)... Good Luck

i just put together an ls vtec in my 4 th gen civic i love it i live in frederick md call me i can take you for a ride in my car http://www.tnscustomizing.com i build hond's for a living. this was my first ls vetc motor i have ever done but i will never trade it for anything in this world not even for a itr
