with a b16 or b18c1 head the flow is going to be very close to the same.

However an ITR head will have slightly better flow. Though nothing to write home about.

Get whatever is in the best condition for the best price.

0-1000whp
0-1000wtq

b18a/b block
b16/gsr/itr head

does that answer you questions?

ideally stock for stock completely fresh motors the type r head on either b18 block would yield the best power

essentially though a type r head is just a slightly ported b16 head with better cams, the money you would save buying a b16 head or gsr head over a Type R head can be spent on cams/springs/retainers.

but just for fun you should expect to make so much torque the rear wheels will break loose.

Loosing traction means you're not moving as fast as you could be.

You know tire spin is bad right?

Get better tires.
