Default ls swap 95ex with red line of 6k and idle at 100???

hello i have a 1994 coupe, has ls swap from a obd2 ls. it runs strong and smooth. swap been done by last owner. i havent really checked which way he converted the obd2 to obd1 but i dont see a conversion harness on the ecu. but its runing off PR4(assuming obd1), i done research PR4 can be obd0 or obd1 but i also see a chart it can be obd2 also?! but assuming it plugs in my stock chassic harness its obd1?

ok real issue is it starts up cold about 1400rpm and idle at 100rpmish lol, and redline at 6000 rpm, assuming the whole rpm been dropped back 1000. would that be ecu fault or bad gauge cluster???? anyone experienced this?

i have b16 transmission but i doute it would make this problem.

its kinda odd tho, and my fuel gauge dont work either, put 100 miles on the car already and fuel gauge still point at FULL.

I have seen quite a few faulty clusters in civics do this. Make sure that the ecu s not out of an automatic car. Automatic ecus will run manual cars, but they tend to do strange things...An OBD1 5 speed P75would be your best bet. Good luck!

I don't believe the numbers help...I can tell them apart by taking the screws off and looking at the circuit board, but I can't really o that from here. If you take it apart and snap a pic I could tell you.
