Loud Fuel Pump
ok, I just had bought a del sol and i has a aftermarket inline fuel pump and it is super loud. Is there any way of making it more quiet inside the car like dynamat or something?

is there a reason for the fuel pump??? big turbo 200 shot a nos???lol. if you just have a header and a intake I'm sure you can just use the intake pump and do away with the inline if it bothers you that bad.

Re: Loud Fuel Pump (underb00steg6)
its just that i had bought the car yesterday and might be putting a turbo in down the road and just thinking if dynamat or some insulator would help. i just dont know where the pump is to cover it. Does anyone know where the pump would be located on the del sol?

Re: Loud Fuel Pump (Drewkraft)
I have a walbro 255 in my DS, it's loud but you use to it(I don't hear it any more). The pump is located under the bin behind the driver's seat. To get to it you have to remove the plastic self in back, it's only like 16 screws.
