Default Lost my gas cap on 94 civic ex

Should I get a replacement? Been driving around for a week or two now without and havent noticed any problems. I left it at the pump

yes get a replacement. You don't want dirt going in your gas tank. Even if you flap is closed dirt still gets in there. Also I believe the check engine light will soon come on due to low pressure in the gas tank.

I remember this lady civic didn't want to start because the cap was missing! Weird if you ask me but its true.

They cost $8 new from Honda. Just go to any dealership and get one. 17670-SM1-A03 is the part number.
