Default loss of power when tach drops down

ok ill try to make this simple, my 94 del sol has a jdm b16 in is came stock with a b16a3 so theres been no modifaction to the wiring or anything... but i live in myrtle beach sc and when its about 85 or hotter outside for some odd reason when im down shifting and the tach drops down all power to the car cuts off then immediately cuts back on... and sometimes it does then when i apply the brakes... i had my alternator tested.. putting out 14.4 volts ... battery tested out fine still putting out 12.4 volts... so i dunno...! its wierd!?! anyone else have or had this problem and can help me out???

did you check all the grounds? on the motor, and the headlight grounds?

ive taken glances at them never rly taken looks at them... i was thinking about getting some new wires for the grounds... !! so i think i might try that out... see if it does the trick...
