Loss of power after hard run
I have a 93 del sol s , stock. Ran against a Pontiac and all of a sudden there was a loss of power or fuel cut off. Feels like driving from a stop on 4th gear. Was like that every gear, until I turned the car off and restarted. What could it be? And I'm grinding in third when Rpms are high.

more detail info and what you have already try to attempt is much needed. i could tell you that it your synchro going bad or your car might be running lean for your loss of power and 3rd gear grinding but i wouldn't be accurate because i didn't witness your problem.

No acceleration basically like it has 10 hp. If I don't run hard like dragging, it runs perfect. But after I street drag it runs like shot until I restart the car.

hmm it could be a issue with the computer adjusting the timing. It could be that your TPS is bad or that you have a grounding issue somewhere.

Multimeter.
You want to check voltage on the TPS all the way from idle to WOT.
Get a repair manual for the car it will have the range you should have on idle and WOT. YOu'll want a smooth increase all the way through.
To check fuel pump you'll need to open the area where it is
For the MAP I believe you're checking resistance on that
