Loose Steering Wheel
I'm having a problem of my steering wheel seeming to have a lot of slack in it.
Also my steering isn't as precise and the car seems to wonder at higher speeds.
What could be the problem?
I know the car is getting old.

Re: Loose Steering Wheel (buzlink)
There are bushings in the steering rack assembly that can were out, same thing with tie rod end.
These are normal parts that were and can make for a sloppy steering wheel feel.
You might want to start there. Some shops that do alignments, etc, will do a check up service free. Sometimes you can't take them to the fullest of what they say is needed, but it can give you some ideas of what might be wrong, or complete shoot.
